Our cohorts cultivate connection and awareness, amongst college students, striving to overcome the stress and anxiety caused by the everyday pressures in their different world while championing for their own mental health.

About the event
Welcome to the Be Well camp where Come Bee U invites incoming and current college students to find their inner peace as they prepare for the road ahead. College can be an exciting, exhilirating, and full of discovery, while it also has its own set of unique challenges. The BWC gives participants the opportunity to experience, alongside other college students, an immersive mind and body experience that teaches self regulation techniques and the power of self-talk and thought.
The $199 Tuition includes:
- Yoga & Meditation activities (Breathwork, Grounding/Earthing, & Mindfulness)
- (1) Self-regulation BreathingTool (Ibbee)
- (1) Mood Board and supplies
- (1)Virtual Coaching session during school year
