“The first time that I participated in the "Come Bee" meditation experience, I had no idea what I was going to encounter. “I came into this experience with zero expectations, an open mind and ALL the nerves. I stopped practicing meditation and yoga in 2020 and this was one of my first reintroductions back into it.
