The Nervous System Reset Cohort
Before launching our full Nervous System Reset experience, we gathered a small group for a 3-week pilot to explore what it means to truly slow down and restore.
Together, we practiced grounding, experimented with simple yet powerful reset tools, and allowed the body to gradually open to deeper rest through vibroacoustic sessions that expanded week by week.
What emerged was more than relaxation. It was capacity. Capacity to pause, to feel, and to return to self with greater ease. And it all happened in community.

Vibroacoustic Therapy
Vibroacoustic therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-frequency sound vibrations and music to help the body relax and relieve physical or emotional tension and mental stress. You simply sit on a specialized chair that sends gentle vibrations through your body, supporting muscle release and nervous system regulation.

Mini Retreats
Our mini retreat experiences were curated, small-group immersions designed to help participants step out of their daily pace and into intentional restoration. Each experience blended guided meditation and sound with grounding practices like breathwork and sensory rituals to support nervous system reset. Guests left not only relaxed, but with a deeper awareness of how to return to that state in their everyday lives.

“The first time that I participated in the "Come Bee" meditation experience, I had no idea what I was going to encounter.
