As a certified yoga teacher and the Founder and Wellness Thought Leader of Come Bee, she creates community through wellness. Miss Bee’s communities are spaces where professional Black and Indigenous people of color are encouraged to push the limits and become active on their healing path. By using Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and other alternative forms of healing, the Come Bee community is encouraged to explore and reach the best version of themselves.

As a past educator and two time Teacher of the Year recipient, she believes in the importance of teaching and reteaching new and old ideas about paths to becoming well. All the while, she debunks myths that keep her community from participating in their own mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.

Her reach is primarily in the Houston area, while her virtual reach has included Shanghai, China and six other countries.
