My journey to founding Come Bee Enterprises is deeply anchored in both my lived experience and resilient lineage. I grew up in Dallas, Texas, shaped by the realities of being the eldest daughter in a family led by teenage parents, where responsibility, creativity, and care were not optional, they were survival skills. As a first-generation college graduate, a mother of a high school senior, an education professional, and now an entrepreneur, I have always found ways to build something meaningful from what was available. Whether it was creating engaging learning environments for students, facilitating transformative spaces for adults, or reimagining how wellness could show up in my community, I have consistently leaned into innovation, resourcefulness, and service. From supporting communities with the greatest needs through education to now engaging individuals and communities in wellness and sustainability, I carry the stories of those I have encountered along the way. That responsibility shaped my belief that we all deserve a safe space to regenerate from the stress and survival of everyday life, and it is what led me to create and cultivate Come Bee Well House. My passion to expand access to care, create opportunities for my community, and help individuals and families live longer, more sustainable lives keeps me up at night. I center my own practices by intentionally resting, breathing, and restoring, ensuring I embody the work I offer. To me, sustainability means living long enough to create meaningful, lasting impact and extending that right to others. While my great-great-grandmother lived to 94, each generation after her experienced shorter lifespans due to stress-related illnesses, a pattern I am determined to disrupt. What began as a DBA in 2019 grew through a pandemic into virtual and mobile wellness offerings, and has now become a physical wellness space in Houston serving individuals and small groups. My vision is to continue growing Come Bee into a sustainable wellness ecosystem that creates jobs, expands access, and contributes to systems-level change in how communities experience care.
